DIAGNOVITAL INFLUENZA A/B SARS-CoV-2 RSV Multiplex Kit is a Real Time PCR-based diagnostic test for the in vitro qualitative detection and discrimination of SARS-CoV-2, Influenza A virus, Influenza B virus and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) RNA in respiratory specimens.
SARS-CoV-2 is considered a novel human coronavirus which cause seasonal acute respiratory illness. The influenza virus A and B are the most common types of circulating influenza virus, and type A is responsible for the majority of influenza epidemics. During seasonal outbreaks, Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is cause acute respiratory infections. The SARS-CoV-2, Influenza and RSV viruses may rise very similar symptoms.
